Home visitors visit the poor, prisoners, elderly, sick and the lonely to provide aid, support, and friendship. All home visitors are members of the Society. Home visitors work in conjunction with the Social Concern Office. The Social Concern Office accepts requests for home visits by phone or in person for approximately one week of each month. Calls are then 'dispatched' to the conferences according to geographical areas.

Conference members of the Society visit people who are in need. These appointments are called "home visits". Home visits are the way Society members visit people in the privacy of their homes. Visits are only conducted with the consent of the person receiving the visit.

When a family member or an individual with disabilities contacts Social Concern Office staff, by phone or in person, the staff arrange for two Society members to visit the family or the individual in their home. During the visit, the Society members complete a needs assessment and provide such emergency assistance as required. The assistance provided may take the form of a voucher to procure food, clothing, furniture, or limited medical assistance. The vouchers may be redeemed at selected grocery stores, pharmacies or at a Society store.
